Guest Access

Guests may park on the west side of the circle driveway for the nearest convenience to the front porch entrance. You may enter the Bed & Breakfast by way of the front porch. Also you are welcome to sit on our large front porch in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee or in the late evening to enjoy the stars, weather permitting of course. The Farmhouse also offers a large dining room and living room just for our guests, with a cozy fireplace for your personal enjoyment.

Year round rate: Emma's Room $130/night plus applicable taxes
Edwin's Room $140/night plus applicable taxes ($40/night for extra guest)
John & Hilda's Room $150/night plus applicable taxes
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus a 5% service fee.
If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

Ain't She Cute Vintage Style Travel Trailer

The Space

'Ain't She Cute' is a country cozy getaway that provides all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, a gas cook-top, microwave, double sink, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. With the open floor plan of 200 square feet, the trailer accommodates a vintage, queen size iron bed, antique daybed for lounging, dining table for two and a full size (absolutely full size, not trailer size) bathroom. Nearly everything in the travel trailer is either vintage or antique.

Just outside the cozy trailer is a patio table and chairs and of course a BBQ grill for grilling your favorite meal. Nearby, on the grounds, are horseshoes and a fire-pit for you to enjoy with plenty of wood. So what are you waiting for? This charming travel trailer is nestled into the grounds of a three acre homestead on a 180 acre farm. The private drive allows plenty of room for you to park near the travel trailer. The owner's 1920 Red Brick Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is located 150 feet from the travel trailer. Not too close, but close enough if you need a cup of sugar!

Green Acres Country Retreat RV/Tent Sites

Green Acres at Red Brick Farmhouse - A quiet country retreat, to park your RV or camp, nestled in the picturesque rural outskirts of Higginsville, Missouri. Our yard consists of 3 acres of a 180 acre farm and we have two-50/30/20 amp & one-30 amp RV hookup with water and portable dumping. We also have two camp sites with a 110 electric and we can provide a shower and toilet. This is the perfect place to breathe in the quiet surroundings, relax and view the yard with its dozens of mature shade trees and surrounding pastures and fields. 

The Space

This private space for you and your RV will provide you with rural Midwest atmosphere. The yard and surrounding fields are quiet, peaceful and serene. You will have plenty of space to stretch your legs, take a walk down the winding country road that borders the farm, or play a game of horseshoes or other yard games. 

Guest Access

The private driveway allows plenty of room for you to maneuver your RV into place and hook up to the water and electricity. You will also have at your disposal an outdoor table and chairs, a fire-pit, firewood, a BBQ grill, and a horseshoe pit.

Please only park on the driveway closest to your RV and not in the grass. Limit of 2 vehicles.
Grilling or Use of the Fire Pit activities shall only be conducted at the designated area of the premises.
Dogs accepted, they must be kept on a leash and tenant must pick up after them.
Place bagged trash in the trash can near the front of the garage.
No loud or disturbing behavior is permitted at any time. Do not leave children unsupervised.

Year round rate $30/$40 per night plus applicable taxes.
Additional tenants above four will be an extra $5.00 per day per tenant.
